1 - Intro
Configuration
The configuration area of your Admin contains most of your website information. A lot of the subcategories are already setup, so they will not be mentioned here. If you are familiar with web design, feel free to make changes to these areas. We will not be covering them in this tutorial, but feel free to ask us any questions you may have about the skipped areas.
I have placed the Configuration area at the bottom of your Admin because you will not need to go back to it once you have it all setup.
I want to mention now that you should create a customer account for yourself. This way, you can test your shopping cart by purchasing your products. If you only accept PayPal as a payment, you should add another payment method, like COD, just so that you can see what happens. Make sure to remove the temporary payment method when you are done.
