Ok I need help placing my content code in the correct place... as well as how to make box headers for the login box and box ads

I would also like to put a row on the right as well...
I know the bases of html just get confused sometimes and need help...
and then about the box headers I know how to do the rest I just need the beginning of it so I can put it there and I can put in the image location alignment and sizes ...
