Which of your sites is this happening on? I'd like to take a look... also, how large is the photo?

I uploaded the image and didn't have any problems, so I can't troubleshoot what could be happening on your end. So, I'll walk through this with you. I know you already know most of this, but I'm going to go through everything just in case (plus it may help others looking at this post in the future if I go step by step).

I'll attach a picture so that I can point the areas out here. The picture below is where you upload a main image for your product. The first area is the only one required for a picture to show up. The second two are optional and are used when you want the main image area to appear larger than the standard size.

When I went to your admin, I saw that the first area didn't have a product pic uploaded for it. Only the second one did. Were you just trying to upload the picture to the bigger area so that it would appear larger? I'm not absolutely sure about this because it's been a while since I've done any tests on that image portion of the cart, but maybe the cart didn't like that it didn't have the main product picture as well?

Is this happening anywhere else for you? I'd almost like there to be so that we can test out my theory and see if you can upload a picture to the first box to fix it. I was planning on launching into a whole different explanation about how you have a space in your image name, but that doesn't appear to be the issue here since you were able to successfully upload the image to the second area.

Let me know what you think... am I way off base here on what the initial problem was?
