Terms of Service
All services provided by WAHM Hosting are subject to the following terms. We
reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time. By signing
up with WAHM Hosting you agree to these terms.
Free Accounts & No Ads Accounts
Free hosting accounts are limited to moms. Sorry, but there are plenty of free hosts available online and we want to be known for our niche. Free hosting comes with advertisements on the top of your website pages. These may not be removed! If you wish to remove them, you should upgrade to the No Ads hosting package.
Free hosting accounts must remain active. Any free hosting account that shows inactivity over a 3 month period will be deleted. You will receive notification before this happens.
Shopping Cart
You are responsible for securing your own means of payment acceptance.
We do not take payments from clients on your behalf.
You are responsible for adding your products to your website. We will
not add them for you.
We reserve the right to add a small link on your website stating "Powered by
WAHM Hosting" or something similar. This must not be removed. If you
would like to remove it, please contact us for a license. There is a $100
license fee to do this.
Domains
We can set up domains for you through our existing GoDaddy account. Please keep in mind that since this is under our account, your domain records will show as owned by WAHM Hosting. We can transfer the domain name over to you at any time. Because of this, we recommend setting up your own account at GoDaddy (or other reputable domain name registrar). You can purchase domains from GoDaddy through this link: click here to visit GoDaddy.
Please note that if you have us setup a domain name for you, you will be responsible for the correct spelling of that domain name. We will not refund any money for domains.
Forbidden Activities
We do not allow the following: no adult material, no illegal sites (such as
warez sites), no abuse of server resources, no exploiting of server software, no
hosting of illegal files (such as copyrighted music), no mass-mailing/spamming,
no unsolicited commercial advertisements through discussion groups, mailing
lists, and the like. Basically, keep it family friendly.
The shopping cart provided by WAHM Hosting is a highly modified version of osCommerce. Many of the changes made to the cart are individual to us. Because of this, you may not take our cart and upload it to another website without our permission. If you are interested in getting a shopping cart, you can download one for free at: osCommerce.com
TOS Violations
Wahmhosting.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to
any or all services provided by us when we decide that the account
has been inappropriately used. Any violation of policies which results in extra
costs will be billed to the customer and refunds will not be given in these
circumstances.
Payment Policies
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. All pricing is guaranteed for the
term of pre-payment. wahmhosting.com reserves the right to change prices at any
time. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the
time it was established to the time that the customer notifies wahmhosting.com
for a request for termination of services.
Cancellation / No Contracts
wahmhosting.com does not require contracts. This means that you may cancel your
service at any time. Any automatic billing will stop after you have made your
request to cancel your account. You may do this online from your PayPal account
page or you can contact us to do it for you. If you have paid for advance
service all fees will be pro-rated and paid back to you upon request. In the event that you
are being given a refund for a plan with free months, you should take into
account that the free months are the last months of your subscription. We
will stop collecting payments when your subscription stops.
Refunds
As there is a demo cart provided for you to sample before you sign up, there
will be no refunds given. The exception to this is the return of pro-rated fees
after a cancellation.
There are no refunds for any setup fees, license fees, additional purchases,
or the like.
Failure to follow any terms and conditions will by grounds for immediate account
deactivation.
Accepting our Terms of Service automatically accepts our disclaimer.
